• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details, where available.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Depending on the product, your order may arrive with a Desiqlo label or the original manufacturer/brand label.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package when it arrives.
