At Desiqlo, we want you to feel confident in what you wear. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return:

The product must be unused and unworn.

The original product tag must be intact and in its original condition.

The product should be returned with its original packaging, wherever applicable.

Clothing that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.

The product must pass our quality inspection once received.
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Our team will review your request and initiate the next steps. All requests are subject to verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
Once the refund is initiated, it may take 4–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Desiqlo does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, you may place a new order after your eligible return has been approved and processed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 25 hours may not be accepted, as your order may have already entered processing or shipping.
